About Steve Earle
Steve Earle came out of prison in 1994 a new man. His music has also seen a change for the better. Now, drugs-free and independent in recording his music, Steve Earle was writing more interesting music than the simple pop-rock country, with bluegrass and hard rock influences. Earle has also written a book of haiku poetry and directed a play he wrote, naturally about the death penalty, a topic close to heart.
